Bio

Rose Waite is an award-winning Creative Research Casting Director and renowned story finder. Her work focuses on finding real people, with real stories. She has collaborated on a vast array of projects in work that can be both hard-hitting and entertaining, commercially minded and artistically creative.

Most notably Rose’s work on 4Creative and Blink’s Rio Paralympics, “We’re The Superhumans” campaign led to her winning awards at the Cannes Lions, The British Arrows and D&AD, where the project was praised for affecting real social change. 

Rose continues to regularly find memorable people, stories and visuals for directors, production companies and agencies worldwide.
